Rock Falls is a city in Whiteside County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,266 at the 2010 census, down from 9,580 in 2000. Rock Falls also was the town where the Dillons put there first building. The city is located on the Rock River, directly opposite Sterling. RB&W was also with the town until it closed in the early 2000s.
